HOW TO REDUCE UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE SOCIETY

There are so many problem in the society.Unemployment is one of the problem in the society.what is unemployment?unemployment is the state in which one in not employed or jobless.over 172 million people are unemployed in the world which is 5 percent in the world. 2.Youthempowerment:Youth empowerment is the process of making youth gain the ability and the capability to make decision and implement changes in their own life and life's of others in a positive way. We can empower youth in the society by helping youth on the best way to utilize and maximize their potential,encourage all youth to grow together in accountability,provisioon of job and tools for youth who engage in tailoring,engineers,barbar,cobbler,carpenter etc. 3.Reducing the age of retirement. 4.Avoid laziness. 5.Motivation programs. 6.Good development plans 7.Population control.

The youngest preson who was sentence to death in the 20th century.

George Stinney Jr. was the youngest person sentenced to death in the 20th century in the United states. He was only 14 when he was executed by electic chair. During his trial, until the day of his execution, he always carried a bible in his hand, claiming for innocence. He was accusced of killing two white girls, Betty of 11 years and Mary of 7,the bodies were found near the house where the teenager resided with his parents. At that time all the jurors were white. The trial lasted only 2 hours and the sentence was handed down 10 minutes later. The child's parent were threatened and prevented from giving him gifts in the courtroom and then expelling them from that city. Before the execution,George spent 81 days without being able to see his parents. He was trapped in a solitary cell, 80 km from his city.
